I am excited to join the West Middle School family! I am deeply committed to supporting our students and families as we navigate the journey of learning and growth together.

I believe in addressing the whole child—supporting each student’s academic development, emotional well-being, and social growth. Equity is at the heart of my work; I am dedicated to meeting every student’s needs and setting meaningful goals to help them achieve success.

Creating a safe and supportive learning environment where every student feels valued and heard is a top priority. Together, we will continue to build a positive school culture that fosters a sense of belonging, respect, and confidence.

I am passionate about education and look forward to partnering with you to ensure our students experience a rigorous, engaging, and high-quality education. As a lifelong learner, I hope to inspire that same love of learning in every student I serve.

This is my 24th year serving families in education, and I’m grateful that most of those years have been right here in the Hazelwood School District. Before joining the West Middle School family, I spent three years as Assistant Principal at West High and three years at Northwest Middle. Before that, I taught science at West High for ten years—some of my most cherished years in education. I’ve also had the opportunity to serve as both a teacher and Curriculum Coordinator in the Imagine and Windsor School Districts. Each experience has shaped who I am as an educator and strengthened my passion for supporting students and families.

I am also a proud mom of a young man who has excelled in education and now in his career as an engineer. 

I am committed to learning, growth, and success- every student, every day.
